About a month or so ago I had the amazing privilege of Baptizing my friend Eric Robinson. Eric is an amazing man of God with an incredible story. God has been, and is continuing to use Eric for His Kingdom. I can’t wait to see what Eric does after graduating from UT!
Cameron, one of our Student CPx “grads” from this past summer in Austin goes back home to DFW and is already seeing some rad “fruit” from living out what he learned at SCPx! This is what it’s all about! Ordinary believers all over the world are being equipped and released to live out the Gospel and their faith in fresh ways!

This is the Baptism video from Student CPx: Austin. Two students got Baptized by two other students in the creek on UT’s campus. It was pretty powerful. Both students share a testimony. It was really dark outside, and the camera was on slow shudder speed. So, it’s a bit blurry, but still worth the watch. Celebrate with us what God is doing through young people all over the country as they make disciples and start lay-led churches!

Joseph is a part of a simple church community in Vegas. He’s been pouring into JD for several months now. JD had a power encounter with God while alone one night & surrendered his life to Christ. Joseph, who has been discipling JD got to Baptize him this past Sunday in our neighborhood pool! Imagine that, the DISCIPLER Baptizing the DISCIPLE! When & why did we stop practicing this…? JD invited some of his unbelieving friends to come be a part of the celebration of this Jesus who has so beautifully interrupted his life.

Beth’s Baptism – We taught the YWAM Las Vegas D.T.S. about planting Simple Churches. Part of the training is on Baptism: how, why, when, where, & who should Baptize & BE Baptized. It’s always SO cool when this happens at the end of one of those training moments…the training becomes REAL LIFE. (This has happened EVERY TIME we’ve done the training with a group of people)
