Let’s Get Started…
 There’s been so much going on – I’ll spend the next few updates getting caught up on incredible things God has been doing over the past few months in Austin & beyond… ____________________________________________________ We spent a weekend in Kansas City, MO with the National Elder Team for Student CPx. Morgan and I were excited to be “commissioned out” by the team into this next season of life as I stop receiving a housing allowance from I.G., find a job to replace that income, & begin developing a Church Planting training focused on lay-people in the marketplace/secular work-force. ____________________________________________________ The King Street House Church Community in Austin…
Many of you have heard me talk about this new “spiritual family” that birthed as a result of SCPx in Austin. A friend of mine recently put together a documentary video & website to communicate what life in the context of a house church “looks like” on a regular basis. He did a great job – CLICK HERE to watch short clips from the documentary…You will be encouraged! Keep the King St. Community in prayer as they send a team of 7 to S. Asia to train locals to plant house churches! They recently had an info-session, and were on the Austin Stone’s “100 People Network” Blog. Exciting! _____________________________________________________ This past Sunday night was a “joint house church gathering” with House Churches from all over the city of Austin (Including 3 new ones started out of King St.!) We packed into a locally owned Austin restaurant to celebrate, worship, and pray together…It’s been a blessing for IG to help birth, & walk with this community over the past year.
